-a piece of toast w/ earth balance on it
-a tangerine
-a vanilla-flavored energy supplement (for my bike ride, of course)
-a veggie burrito w/ pinto beans, potatoes, onions, peppers
-a rice noodle dish i made that included miso-flavored tofu, orange bell peppers, and cashews
