How do you do it?
A typical conversation goes something like this after telling someone that I'm vegan:
"So, um, like, uh, what exactly do you eat?"
To which I reply: "Well, pretty much anything I want to, provided that it's not meat, poultry, dairy, and a couple of other things that I don't really care too much for."
My answer will then yield some type of response like...
"Oh. That's basically everything I eat. What do you eat then? Salad?"
And that's what purpose this blog serves. I was recently inspired by Xiu Xiu's Jamie Stewart who has been posting what his daily meals have consisted of while on tour in Europe. His blog is here. Mine starts here.
